27:00 – 2.5 miles

I knew I had to run at least once this week before hitting another marathon on Sunday. It took everything inside of me to not run fast. I wanted to pick up the pace, but knew that if I did that it would be counter-productive. Took it easy and felt a drag in my brain. Mixed in some arm work afterwords which I think helped to distract my body from my legs.

I’m looking forward to this Sunday though. Aside from being called crazy and everything else, it’s not impossible to run 2 marathons in one week. If there are races where people run 50 and 100 miles, then this should be a cinch!

What’s that? Those people train for that kind of distance? Oh. Well, I guess that is a little different.
