Alarm went off at 4:30a and I was out the door at 5:10a. The fact I made it out the door is a success!

I have to stop and remind myself that just because it’s -3 outside, I grew up in Maine playing in colder weather. There were many times I was walking across large piles of snow that had frozen in the -20 temps on my way to school. I walked, no bus. We definitely do get comfortable and forget easily in many aspects of life. We need to remind ourselves of what we have, where we have been, and where we want to go.
