Thoughts on the Run

Went out for a short fast run and it was a little shorter then expected. About a mile in my dog, Rocky, seemed to have injured his paw. We turn around to run back and found us running into the wind (#1 thing I hate when running). It was a good run though and he definitely likes to sprint!

Off to see how his paw is.
