45:06 – 4.76 miles (plus .5 slow jog)

The things that come to mind while running are interesting to me. Sadly, I usually forget them before getting back to my computer. They range from business ideas to ad campaigns to creating a music video for the current song on the iPod to conversations I wished I had. In other words, it is my REM sleep. When I am tense and starting to feel like my brain can’t focus, I go for a run.
