Large Satellite to Hit Earth

In February or March a large U.S. spy satellite will come crashing to Earth. The satellite has lost power and ground control is no longer in control. Many have fallen in the past with very little excitement, but this one is much larger.
Think Vegas will take odds on when and where it will crash?
The CNN video shows that spy satellites circle the earth from pole to pole to maximize their time over land (since the Earth is 75% water). Most of the satellites that have re-entered the Earth’s atmosphere have landed in the water and didn’t do any major damage to populated areas.
Given the fact that this satellite is meant to go over land more often, does my homeowners insurance cover any damage caused by the debris when it lands on my house?
