Thoughts on the Run

I decided to try taking some video on a recent run. This is something I want to do more often as it is easier to talk about the thoughts versus write them down. Actually, it is me being lazy. Quite often I’ll have thoughts and sometimes I record them with the voice recorder app. Other times I do my best to remember and then don’t. With the video you get a view of the trails and hear me babble with the camera in my face.

Hmmm … maybe this isn’t a great idea.

This is just a short video intro, but then 10 minutes later a deer crossed the trail 20 feet ahead of me. Caught some of it on video and included it here.
