Certainly didn’t feel like a good run this morning and knew it wouldn’t when I was still sleepy by the time I got to the gym. I really need to cut back on the tv watching and then kids waking me up throughout the night. Although my goal is to learn how to run tired so maybe the kids are just helping me achieve my goal.
