I have been combining more running/walking/speed into the runs. Not sure if it is increasing the cardio but definitely feeling it more in the legs. Tomorrow morning is the 5:45a spin class … feeling that more and more as well!

I must give props to President Bush dodging a shoe being thrown at him. Those were some nice moves and he waived off the Secret Service from taking him out of the building. He even had a snappy comeback after the incident. Check out the coverage and some of the parodies:
