Upper Circuit

I found another rule to break at the gym this morning. There is a rule that says you shouldn’t incorporate or start any new kind of training 2 weeks before a race. Well, I broke that one.

This morning I decided to mix it up a bit and throw in an upper body circuit. I went from bar bell to tricep dips to dumbell curls and then presses. Body was in shock … and it felt great!

5 days until the Colorado Marathon and then the Colfax Marathon the following Sunday. Good times!
