Another early morning run … some would call it the middle of the night, but I find that it’s nice when there is nobody on the road and a ghost town in the gym. It was an interesting run as I eventually got into a grove 40 minutes in. What I found is that I didn’t bring enough fuel for the run. I knew this, but still didn’t do anything about it. Go figure.

Not sure if it’s wise training to be putting in 30 miles a week over 2-3 runs. Either way, I have 3 days left in the week and need another long run to keep up the pace. Would be nice to get in a 16+ mile run. We shall see!
