Goal for today was to try out new food while running. Yesterday at the store I found Cliff Mojo Bars. They are 70% organic and salty and sweet. Seems like a perfect combo for running!
Last night I took the bar and cut it into pieces so that it would be easier to eat while running. Great idea it turns out! I started munching on the bar around mile 9 and must say that it tastes better then GU 🙂 Salt and sodium is important on long runs to help retain water and if it can be tasty, then sign me up!
