I’m noticing a change in the shape of my body in a good way, but it’s also changing how the runs feel. My challenge is keeping up the ability to get up early and do longer runs. I don’t want to do a run shorter then 5-6 miles anymore in order to train the brain to keep running. I find that I’m good until mile 3 and then I start thinking about the mileage. That’s not good if my plan is to run a 50 or a 100 mile trail race.

Again watched the news and witnessed Americans hurting and plotting against other Americans. Amazing how little people accept one another.
