55:00 – 5 miles

It was nice to get to the gym early (4:30a) after so much time away. I forgot how much I missed that environment and the people motivated to make a change for the better.

Today was the first time since May that I have run straight for almost an hour … felt good. Frustrating that it was only 5 miles in that time, but have to start rebuilding. Next half marathon is in 3 weeks.
