The idea behind this run was to just loosen up from the 9 mile run yesterday and get ready for a 15 mile run on Saturday. With that in mind, this was a boring run. Tomorrow is no gym no anything day to be ready for Saturday.
I’m a little disappointed with some news I have heard. Below is a video with Jon Stewart’s commentary regarding news that in order to cut cost, the government is not going to provide health insurance to wounded veterans.

Now this is just a proposal and has in no way gone near a vote, the fact that it is being considered is disturbing.
