12:00 – 1.5 miles – 33 degrees

Trying a new training strategy and instead of going for distance, going for speed and build up to distance. I know that I can jump out on the road and go 6 miles, but I’m not happy with a 10 minute pace. I want that to be an 8 minute pace and am looking at upcoming 5k/10k races to test it out.

Been busy here looking for direction and feel that it’s right in front of me and just a matter of stepping forward.
