On a recent trail run I found out that weather forecasters are like my 3 year old …
I have no problem running in the snow. In fact, I really enjoy it! With trail running though, if you don’t have the proper clothes/gear, you are in for some hurt training. Once you’re 8 miles out on a trail, there’s only way back … on foot.
