Green Tree Servicing Horrible Service

Spent some time on the run this morning wondering why companies like Green Tree Servicing is allowed to be in business. Their customer service reps are rude, do their best to not help you, and truly don’t care if you foreclose on the loan. Even when someone like me is being proactive in looking for solutions, Green Tree Servicing does not return phone calls and rushes you off the phone.

I even offered to combine 2 loans into one, which would give them more business. Nope, customer service didn’t hear me.

Green Tree Servicing needs to either find better employees or look at how to motivate them to improve service. Not all mortgage companies, or companies in general, need to be this way.
