Running on Advil

1:05:00 – 5.75 miles

Woke up with a sore throat and debated on whether or not to hit the gym. Decided to try something new … took some Advil and went running. It seemed to work, but I certainly have had to continue taking Advil for the swollen glands throughout the day. Not sure what this is being caused by and neither do the docs. Probably pushing it too hard … welcome to life.
