Treadmill in hiding

1:00:00 – 4.75 miles

Going to take some time to get back up to where I was in May. With a half marathon in 4 weeks and full marathon in 8 weeks, I have some running time to get in. The morning times don’t seem to be happening for me which leaves me with running on a treadmill in the afternoon/evening.

For some reason an ultramarathon sounds fun. I followed the Leadville 100 this weekend via the web. Yes, that is a trail race that is 100 miles long. It’s not all running as there is some hiking involved … and it sounds like fun! I guess that’s the first step though … getting over the insanity of going for 100 miles. More to come on that later.

Just letting you all know I am alive and starting to run again to hit the next couple races before the cold roles in here in Colorado!
