Keeping the Pace

57:20 – 6 miles

Pushing the pace and feeling like I’m doing an actual workout now when I run. Before, it was a nice casual run that got my heart rate going, but didn’t make my face turn red and continue to sweat for 10 minutes after stopping. Pushing the limits.

Middle of the week with a 3 day weekend on the horizon! Looking forward to the Bolder Boulder 10k race on Monday and then bbq with great friends!
