Run Faster

38:10 – 4 miles

Coming off surviving my first marathon, I decided to push my pace faster. For the marathon, I had been training at a 10-11 minute pace … today, changed that to a 9 minute pace. Interesting enough, the only thing “hard” about it was my mind. I had to keep telling myself that I wasn’t really going all that fast and nothing hurt, just my mind kept telling me to stop.

We shall see what comes of it!
