DNC in Denver
It is here. Sitting only a quarter mile from the DNC events it is not hard to miss. Union Station has every track occupied with a train, new and old, signs have been cleaned up, newspaper has virtually no other news in it, and the influx of people on the street tells you something is happening.
Politics aside, Denver is being thrown into the spotlight and so far looking good!
What is interesting to me is the coverage of this convention. 1 block to my left is a 2 story tent housing bloggers from around the country. Wow! People with strong opinions, primarily similar, gathered in one place. That is hard to ignore.
I will do my best to get out and snap pics, talk to people, and such, but for some of us, life goes on and we have day jobs.
