Treat New and Existing Customers the Same
Seth Godin wrote an interesting blog about how businesses treating people. As a business, you spend quite a bit of time and money spreading the word to get people to your doorstep. Once they are in and sign-up for your service or make a purchase, what do you do? Some will say you move on to the next sale. To me that is ridiculous! You know have a captive audience who, good or bad, can help you sell better.
Here are some things to do with customers: – Ask them how their experience was. What can you do differently? Is it priced right? Does it work the way you want it to? – Sell more to them. – Ask them if they know anyone else who needs your stuff.
