That is the intersection of this site, so I decided to answer the questions in a weekly post called Mailbag Monday. This allows the readers to meet other readers and see they’re not alone in their questions. Quite often, I find myself in these conversations at races, events, and with people I just meet.

Each week I’ll take an email or a Tweet and reply to it. These messages to me can be:
