This was the first time I have worked in speed training … it feels awesome! For one, looking down at the treadmill and seeing 7.1 for the speed is a new thing and second, amazing how much faster you get done the workout! Then again, I guess it makes sense that if you run faster you get where you want to go faster 🙂
