This is a company that understands how to connect and make people pull out their wallets. First, they listen to their customers and then act. Second, they hire people who want to work there. These people actually seem to enjoy their job and finding solutions. Apple is a clear example of how providing amazing service and employees that care can cause customers to spend more.
