Run and Eat

My motto of the day is to eat as much possible. It appears that I have been creating a 700 – 1,000 calorie deficit on the days I run. This would explain me being tired so much throughout the day. So now I have to figure out what to eat and when. Halfway through the first day of this and I am eating about every hour it appears. Curious to see the effects of this.

I am researching a new camera as mine has bit the dust. Looking at a 9.1 megapixel Sony camera and hoping I can get it here by this weekend’s final hockey weekend.
