Interesting thing about night running on a back country road with no street lights … it’s a little unsafe. On the plus side, it made me run faster! Howard wanted to start a running club named ‘Dawn Patrol’ that would run at 5am. I haven’t been able to get up that early and run … I’m more of a ‘Dusk Patrol’ member or ‘Brunch Patrol’ … for some reason I can’t get up that early. Even when I go to bed earlier, it still seems to take a toll on me by noon.

Or maybe running just makes me tired?
