Thoughts on the Run

So I have decided to make a push to grow my consulting company once again. I say ‘again’ because in the past when things were going really well with 720x, I would run out of time or become burnt out. Another issue that I have run into is not having the right staff. I don’t mind using offshore contractors, but it is different. Communication I can make work, but hitting deadlines and feeling that sense-of-urgency just isn’t there. What I would really like is a sales team and project manager. This would free up time for me to expand services and hire more.
