Running and Spinning

Over the past 2 weeks, I have been logging about 15-20 miles of running. Today I decided to try a 60 minute spin class. Very different.
The nice part is that I took the class at the new mega gym I joined, so the spin studio has 50 bikes, tiered levels, 2 large screen tvs, and wind blowing on the bikers. The instructor was great and answered some questions I had after the class. Interesting thing about spinning is that you control how hard it is.
I didn’t think that it was all the effective until I got off the bike and especially now. Definitely feeling it and glad I have a job where I sit all day.
The plan is to do this class each Wednesday at 5:45a and increase my running the other days.
