The officials for the Colorado Colfax Marathon have made the course easier for 2008. The 2007 race featured a large hill at the very end. Not nice on mile 25 to see that around the corner. To make people happier, they have re-routed the course and start/finish line. Here is an excerpt from the race’s website:
Convenient start/finish at Denver’s City Park, no steep hills, more shade and great neighborhoods.
Wouldn’t it be nice if we could just do that in life? When things get rough we just ‘re-route’ the path?
Wait a minute. We can do that actually. Life is still about choices.
