Thoughts on the Run

Decided to try and run with music again today just to mix it up. There’s a group that I saw live about 5 years ago at the Scottish Festival that takes place in Estes Park. Band is composed of 5 guys with one playing bagpipes. Essentially, they are a rock band that occassionally swaps out the electric guitar for the bagpipe to play melody. The band is called Off Kilter and I hadn’t listened to their entire album in over a year. It was great to tap into that Scottish heritage to get moving!
