I have been combining more running/walking/speed into the runs. Not sure if it is increasing the cardio but definitely feeling it more in the legs. Tomorrow morning is the 5:45a spin class … feeling that more and more as well!

Continue Reading →Went out to grab some lunch at the Tabor Center in downtown Denver. Around 11:50am, throngs of cameras and news crews started to gather on the corner. 10 minutes later the Secret Service, SWAT, and Denver Police arrived followed by Vice President Candidate Joe Biden.
