Was going to run outside, but then slept in, and then decided to run anyway. Work can wait … it will always be there.
It has been a long week at work. A great change and opportunities opening up that many of us have been waiting on for almost 6 months. It’s nice when the curtains are pulled back and the reality is shown. Scary at first, but exciting on what can be done with clear communication.
Looking forward to the 14 mile run tomorrow morning … early in the morning.
