Fast 10k Run

57:00 – 6 miles

The schedule called for a 6 mile run. In the past I have ignored the “run” part and went for just finishing. One of the things I’m starting to notice is that it’s harder to push my pace when it’s just me running. The time I had this morning was quite close to my time at the Bolder Boulder. I think I need to find a running partner who likes to go fast and gets up before the crack of dawn like me.
