Sunrise Run
1:54 – 10.5 miles
Went out to do a loop around Frederick and Firestone at 4:30am. Amazing to be running that early with a temperature of 58 degrees and watching the sun light up the sky.
Tried out new sneakers this morning … Nike Lunar Elites. I have always run in a high stability shoe to help with pronating. Now that I have been running for a few years, I felt I could go a little more minimal in a shoe and my running. The Nike Lunar is lower to the ground and quite a bit lighter then what I was used to. Loved it! Could feel every step and was still comfortable.
There will be more sunrise runs!
