Cliff Mojo Bars
3:10:00 – 16 miles
Goal for today was to try out new food while running. Yesterday at the store I found Cliff Mojo Bars. They are 70% organic and salty and sweet. Seems like a perfect combo for running!
Last night I took the bar and cut it into pieces so that it would be easier to eat while running. Great idea it turns out! I started munching on the bar around mile 9 and must say that it tastes better then GU
Salt and sodium is important on long runs to help retain water and if it can be tasty, then sign me up!
