Afternoon vs Morning Gym

1:10 – 6.25 miles

I like to go to the gym in the afternoon because I don’t always like getting up at 4a. Here is a conversation had by the 2 friends on a treadmill next to me:

Friend 1: what are you doing this weekend? I plan on drinking and you should come over.

Friend 2: what time on Saturday?

Friend 1: I plan on being plowed the entire weekend.

It’s a different group that I see and hear at the gym before the sun comes up. It’s also why I don’t see “regulars” when I go in the afternoon as they appear to not have as many goals and fade out.

Yes, I know this is a generalization, but that is where trending and the majority come from.
