Sickenly Fast

40:00 – 4 miles including 2×800

I’ve been battling a sinus cold the past 3 days and couldn’t take another day of not going running. The original plan was to go in and do a light run … well, that turned into me adding some speed drills into it. Oh well, was distracting enough to make me recognize immediate progress.

The Biggest Loser is a show I have watched from the beginning. My 6 year old asks me each week (he has the same attention span as me) why I watch the show as I’m nowhere near overweight. My belief is that you should surround and immerse yourself with things that will improve you.

  • If you want to lose weight, then watch a show that focuses on just that.
  • If you want to gain business skills, befriend someone that is very successful.
  • Maybe you’re not always positive so surround yourself with positive people.
  • Talking about it is one thing, taking action is another.
