Friday Long Runs
2:00:00 – 10.25 miles
While I didn’t run the entire 2 hours, I’m happy to have gone for 2 hours. That’s about 1300 calories which is crazy enough to think about. I’m starting to figure out the food and sleep thing … like that I actually need both!
This is the 2nd week in a row of 20+ miles and getting ready to start an 18 week training program for 2 marathons and a 10k in May!
