Makes me sleepy

I’m finding myself more and more tired throughout the day. I remember having this issue when training for my first marathon. It goes back to the food intake. I need to understand and have the time to eat correctly in the right amount.

After my run this morning, I had a bagel and apple. Lunch was a large salad with some fruit, vegetables, and cottage cheese, this afternoon had a Power Bar.

Still feeling tired and tonight is hockey evaluations (coaching, not playing). It all works out in the end.
