Pace Pusher

01:00:20 – 6 miles

The mental aspect of running is fascinating to me. I’m pushing my pace and mentally telling myself that I’m still going slowly. Seems to be working. The main reason I am doing this is not so that I can run faster now, but because I know I will be running faster come race day. I just need to be ready to know what that feels like and not freak out too much.

Zero items of interest being covered in the media. It mostly just seems to be the same stories with different names. Boring.
