Navy Seals on their lunch break

53:00 – 5 miles

Woke up before the alarm clock. Not sure if that means I was excited to go run or just couldn’t sleep. Granted, I slept a solid 8 hours Saturday night and then Sunday night after the 20 mile run on Saturday morning, so maybe my body was just happy to get back to a 6 hour sleep night. The training schedule called for a nice and easy run so that’s what i did. I made sure I was able to have a conversation and just kept running.

Glad to see the boat captain who was held hostage by pirates was rescued by the Navy Seals … again, just need a Navy Seal to take a lunch break and go take care of the situation. Absolutely amazing that they can be on a boat, shoot through a small window, and hit 3 people on a moving raft across the water. That is awesome! And now pirates are threatening to attack more U.S. ships. The U.S. showed quite restraint waiting 5 days to take action. I don’t think the pirates are getting the message.
