Whiny Quarterback Jay Cutler

01:39:00 – 9 miles (5 minute break in there)

Today was a pleasant run and I think I have found my ideal pace. A co-worker gave me an article that running slower can be worse for you then running faster. I discovered this on my 18 mile run when I slowed way down to 12 minute miles. The slower paced created more pounding and impact on my knees which I can still feel 5 days later. Running faster and stretching out the stride has sped up the recovery.

Items in the news: Jay Cutler trade talks officially on. Good! I don’t care how many passes you make, a quarterback is supposed to be the team leader. This guy has shown no leadership skills. It’s always about him and what he wants. Take some business and communication classes.
