Afternoon Run

55:00 – 5 miles

I went to the gym in the afternoon due to a full morning of work and doctor appointments. Here is what I have concluded while running on the treadmill this afternoon:

1) Not many people go to the gym in the afternoon
2) There is only crap on television in the afternoon

I had the unfortunate pleasure of watching Illinois Governor hold a press conference. Like most, people expected him to address the fact that the Illinois House voted to impeach him. Instead, he talked about all the great things he did. That’s nice you did some good things, but doesn’t give you the right to steal, commit fraud, and shakedown a children’s hospital. That’s a pretty old PR tactic of trying to change the subject.

Oh, then he ended his press conference with a poem. How sweet.
