Today added some speed intervals to the run and it kicked my butt … had to do some walking to take the heart rate down or it might have exploded.
Saw a cool gadget on tv from the CES show in Vegas … an LG Watch Phone! It’s like Star Trek and James Bond were just ahead of their times
